These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the q678 platform. Please read them carefully in their entirety before registering an account or placing any wager. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and q678 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), governing all access to and use of the q678 website at q678.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and any associated services (collectively the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an account on the q678 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which the Account remains active:
4.1 When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. The Operator cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the Operator's support team immediately via live chat. The Operator will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
4.4 KYC Verification: The Operator applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its regulatory obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address or proof of payment method) before a Withdrawal is processed or before certain account features are enabled. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Operator may result in suspension of Withdrawal functionality.
4.5 The Operator reserves the right to verify Account information at any point during the Account lifecycle — not only at registration or Withdrawal. Verification requests must be responded to promptly.
5.1 Deposits: The Operator accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Availability of specific methods — including local bank transfers and mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users — is subject to change without prior notice. The Operator does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual only and do not imply endorsement of or partnership with any such provider.
5.2 Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits and any applicable processing fees are stated in the cashier section at the time of the transaction. These figures may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawals of real-money funds (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) may be requested at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. The Operator processes Withdrawal requests in accordance with its published processing timelines, which are stated in the cashier help documentation.
5.4 The Operator reserves the right to apply additional identity verification checks before processing any Withdrawal. Processing may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or policy violations.
5.5 Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the capabilities of the payment provider. The Operator may require documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method.
5.6 All Account transactions are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or the base currency specified at Account registration. Where currency conversion is required, the rate applied is as stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction.
6.1 The Operator may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards and other incentives. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible game categories and contribution rates of specific games towards the requirement are stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Live casino games, certain slots and table games may contribute at different rates or may be excluded entirely.
6.3 Bonus funds are applied to a User's Account in addition to any real-money balance. Real-money funds are staked and withdrawn first, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
6.4 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. In the case of ongoing promotions, the Operator will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk hedged betting strategies to harvest bonus value, or any other conduct the Operator reasonably determines to be exploitative — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds, cancellation of pending Withdrawals derived from such bonuses, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.6 Users may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting support. Opting out of bonuses does not affect your right to use the Platform or make Withdrawals.
7.1 All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to these general Terms and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. In the case of cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, bilateral Pakistan series and ICC tournaments — the applicable rules are set out in the sports betting rules documentation. q678 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team.
7.2 All Wager settlement decisions are made by the Operator based on official results data from recognised third-party data providers. In the event of a data error or results dispute, the Operator's decision shall be final, subject to the applicable complaints procedure.
7.3 The Operator reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error (including those resulting from pricing errors), placed by an ineligible user, or placed in breach of these Terms. Voided Wagers will be refunded to the User's Account Balance.
7.4 Maximum Wager limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per settlement period. These limits are stated on the relevant event page or within the Platform's betting rules documentation.
7.5 Live / in-play markets are subject to suspension at any point during the event at the Operator's discretion. Wagers accepted before a suspension are valid; Wagers attempted during a market suspension will not be accepted.
8.1 q678 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from Account settings at all times.
8.2 Users who apply a self-exclusion will have their Account suspended for the period selected. During a self-exclusion, the Platform will take reasonable technical steps to prevent the User from opening a new Account. It is the User's responsibility not to attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by opening a new Account.
8.3 If the Operator identifies patterns of play that suggest a User may be experiencing gambling-related harm, it reserves the right to apply protective limits or restrictions to the Account, contact the User directly, or suspend the Account pending welfare review, regardless of whether the User has requested such intervention.
8.4 Users must not allow any other person to use their Account. The Operator will not be liable for losses incurred by a third party accessing the Platform through an Account opened in another person's name.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, cancellation of pending Withdrawals and, where required by applicable law or the Operator's regulatory obligations, referral to the relevant authorities.
10.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content and promotional material — is the property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
10.3 Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from: (a) use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) delays or failures in data transmission; (c) reliance on any information published on the Platform; or (d) unauthorised access to a User's Account.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits the Operator's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.4 Gambling is inherently uncertain. The Operator does not guarantee winnings, profits or returns. Users accept all financial risk associated with wagering activity.
12.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where required to do so by applicable regulatory obligations.
12.2 Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of uncleared bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via the most recently used Withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to suspected fraud or policy breach, the Operator may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. The Operator will notify the User of the outcome within a reasonable period.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Specific details of the applicable licence and regulatory jurisdiction are published in the Operator's regulatory information section on the Platform.
13.2 The Operator does not represent that the Platform is lawful to access in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and bear sole responsibility for compliance with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation applicable in Pakistan.
13.3 Any dispute between a User and the Operator that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the Operator's regulatory terms, details of which are available in the Platform's regulatory information section.
14.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Users via in-account notification, email or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect — except where immediate changes are required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
14.3 The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page.
